Operating out of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, each IPG office is staffed with specialized senior examiners and qualified desktop examiners. The successful candidate will work within IPG, a company of opportunity and excitement - we are looking for the right candidate to join us!Although intended to be a remote work opportunity, this position may require attendance to the office for training, client meetings, or team meetings with ample notification.Role Responsibilities:Act as an examiner for a class leading Lloyds account which involves providing prompt, fair, quality claims service to clientsManage Municipal Claims consisting of professional liability, Bodily Injury, E&O claims and coverage review of complex liability claimsResponsible for detailed thorough coverage analysis of the Policy response to allegations presentedResponsible for desk top handling of claims, and settlement of claims directly with claimants or their representativesAdminister claims payments/settlements through trust accountsLiaise with all stakeholders to insure client's needs are metQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of casualty claims experience including professional linesCollege diploma or combination of education and equivalent business experienceProfessional liability experience, including complex coverage analysisExperience dealing with Lloyds a clear advantageOntario Licensing: CIP DesignationSkills Required to Succeed:Individual must demonstrate the ability to direct adjusters of all levels and work effectively in a team environmentPreviously demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates, written and oral techniques A positive, “can do” attitude and customer service approach ensuring all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely mannerStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to review and analyze complex coverageDemonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying and implementing solutionsMust be proficient in letter and report writing as position entails detailed reporting to our stakeholders. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environmentExceptional computer skills.
