About the position

Based at our Melbourne CBD headquarters + hybrid work arrangements Full-time 12 Month Contract (potential for ongoing) $90,000 + Superannuation Why work with us? We provide full service teaching and learning resources, from textbooks through to high quality video lessons and exams, complete with analytics and dashboards to make learning fun and effective!

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with content leads and SMEs to produce high-quality videos, animations, and digital content that are engaging, effective, and pedagogically aligned.
• Work alongside other internal stakeholders to identify and deliver on new and existing ideas for impactful multimedia content.
• Realise Edrolo’s future ambitions and initiatives in a high volume, high impact production environment.
• Support the production of high-quality and brand-aligned multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, animations, publications, and interactive experiences, for a range of internal and external channels.
• Ensure the timely delivery of digital content, striking a balance between efficiently without compromising quality.
• Proactively support other team members to develop their professional production skills.
• Foster effective working relationships with colleagues / SMEs / stakeholders using your exemplary communication skills.
• Work alongside the team to upload and maintain new digital content on our LMS as it is completed.

Requirements
• A tertiary degree with relevant professional practice; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training with a working background in a production environment
• Proven experience in digital media production, motion graphic design, animation, or a related field, with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in producing high-quality digital content, including videos, animations, and graphics, preferably within the marketing, communication, or corporate/education sector.
• Advanced proficiency in post-production (editing, animation, and motion graphics is imperative) using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for diverse platforms.
• Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content on time, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• A portfolio that shows a strong sense of visual storytelling and design for impact. Submissions without a current folio will be discarded.
• A suitably equipped home workstation for WFH days.
• All Edrolo employees are required to hold a valid WWCC
