You will work closely with our Manager of the Digitally Managed portfolio, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with digitally managed merchants, providing them with tailored solutions and support
Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional results
Develop and maintain expertise in our merchant value proposition, communicating it effectively to our clients
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience in merchant management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
