Senior Member Technical Staff 1 - L3 Product Support (Java, Oracle)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Member of Technical Staff to join our team and contribute to the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of our enterprise-scale software solutions. This role offers an opportunity to develop both technical expertise and problem-solving abilities while working on large-scale SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing browser-based enterprise software, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to drive product improvements and contribute to both short- and long-term technical goals. Job Responsibilities Software Development & Issue Resolution:Participate in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements.Own bug fixes, code refactoring, and performance optimizations for the product.Write and maintain unit tests (particularly JUnit tests) to ensure product stability.Identify reusable components and contribute to streamlining development processes.Conduct performance tuning to optimize the efficiency of application components.Triage & Debugging:Troubleshoot technical issues using system logs, debugging tools, and diagnostic techniques to identify root causes.Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions for customer issues.Customer Support & Engagement:Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide timely updates and solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting and support.Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to develop new features and resolve technical challenges.Contribute to team discussions, share knowledge, and learn from senior engineers.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.Process Improvement & Feedback:Contribute to identifying process improvements, product enhancements, and more efficient troubleshooting workflows.Design & Architecture:Assist in low-level design (LLD) activities and contribute to design discussions. Job Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in browser-based SaaS applications.Strong understanding of object-oriented design and Java programming.Experience with J2EE application servers (e.g., JBoss).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL), and performance tuning preferred.Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems preferred.Tools & Methodologies:Familiarity with debugging tools and system diagnostics.Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control (Git).Soft Skills:Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.Education:Education Qualification: BE / BTech or ME/MTech (Only) Additional Information About Model NModel N is the leader in revenue optimization and compliance for pharmaceutical, medtech and high-tech innovators.
