We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Member Marketing Manager to lead the entire member journey from onboarding and engagement to reactivation and referrals.You’ll own all organic, lifecycle-driven channels, including email/SMS flows, social media, newsletters, ambassador programs, and loyalty campaigns. You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, while taking full ownership of member retention, reactivation, and satisfaction.What You’ll Do: Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, CRM, and pushOwn all creative and execution of onboarding, engagement, and winback flowsManage social media strategy and content across platformsLead creative team to develop high-performing, member-facing assetsLead ambassador, referral, and loyalty programsDevelop dashboards and reporting to monitor member retention, engagement, & NPSPartner closely with Product and Sales/MX to improve the member experienceWrite and manage member newsletters, announcements, and promotionsChampion the voice of the member in all messaging touchpointsWhat You’ll Need: 5-10 years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or member engagement rolesFluent in Iterable (or similar lifecycle platforms)Strong analytical chops–track metrics, spot drop-offs, and experiment to improveCreative thinker who can write compelling member copy and social posts and lead others to do the sameExperience running social or ambassador programs with real engagement resultsComfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and support teamsExcited by the idea of improving retention, reducing churn, and driving referralsDeeply passionate about root-cause healthcare and empowering people to stay wellFamiliarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and ZoomBenefits and Compensation:Equity Stake401(k) + Employer Matching programRemote-first with the option to work from one of our centers in NYC or LA Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membershipSubsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan optionsGenerous 4+ weeks of paid time offAnnual professional development stipendAnnual wellness stipendParsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. The starting salary for this role is between $119,000 / $140,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
