Grow sales of existing and new productsJob Knowledge and ComplexityHas broad discretion in work deliverables and performance.Executes sales strategies for responsible area, in line with global objectives, using the balanced scorecard.ResponsibilitiesGrows business by constantly seeking new opportunities/new contacts.Manages customer contact and frequency of contact within designated area, creates a call plan.Adopts Key Account Manager approach to high potential customers and develops specific partnership strategy.Organizes, plans, and executes sales and training seminars in line with sales strategy.Reduces spending and minimizes returns like on scrap products.May manage consignment stocks and ensures regular turn of the stock and count.Gathers, presents, and documents in CRM relevant market/industry information to increase knowledge and grow sales.Analyzes sales data and develops plans to act on market and industry data.SupervisionSets plans and directions which may influence others within function/department.Does not lead a team. May provide non-managerial direction or guidance to peers or junior employees.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree, or an international equivalent in a related field is.A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.General & Quality StatementAll employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Össur’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
