About the Role This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of telecommunications. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing communications aimed at retaining our Wireless customer base. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our Mobile Loyalty programs through targeted marketing strategies, creative execution, and campaign analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end promotional campaigns, including ideation, communications strategies, execution strategy, customer journey mapping, and campaign analysis. Create strategic creative briefs and evaluate creative ideas and concepts to ensure they meet our marketing objectives. Manage critical advertising agency partners, including briefing, budget management, timelines, and execution. Implement and execute comprehensive digital and traditional marketing plans, with a focus on CRM multi-channel communications to existing Verizon customers. Develop test strategies, measure and monitor performance, and make strategic recommendations to improve creative and program performance. Present recommendations for strategy and creative improvements to senior leadership and peer groups, providing strong justifying evidence to defend these recommendations. Gain alignment across work groups and implement changes to enhance our marketing efforts. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: Six or more years of relevant experience in marketing, demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or specialized training. A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience in a related field. Experience in agency and/or client-side marketing and/or CRM - Customer Lifecycle experience. The ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization. Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint applications) and Google Suite. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having one or more of the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: A degree in Marketing, Market Research, or a Master's degree, with an MBA being a plus. Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies. Confident verbal communication skills and strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with campaign automation tools such as JIRA, Adobe Campaign, and HTML. Knowledge of digital trends and key business drivers. A track record of presenting findings and insights to various audiences, up to the executive level. The ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $114,000 to $212,000 annually, depending on your location and experience.
