Senior Managers, Control Management
About the position American Express Company seeks Senior Managers, Control Management to work on execution plans for operational risk management within the business unit (BU), including guidelines, project plans. Identify, research, and document operational and financial risks. Track issues with KRI limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds. Monitor risk and control governance forums, interface with org-wide governance processes and committees. Support development of procedures and standards related to the execution of the Operational Risk Management programs. Monitor and ensure integration of regulatory changes and updates into the Operational Risk framework and training materials.
