Key Responsibilities
Manage third-party logistics provider metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications
Review and update warehouse operational processes to enhance operational accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and increase logistics operations efficiency
Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders to support supply chain and logistics initiatives
Inspect facilities to ensure adherence to safety and operating policies
Support inventory control functions to meet requirements and drive business growth
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to evaluate and enhance IT, hardware, and network infrastructure
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience in a high-volume, complex supply chain environment
Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through data analysis and action planning
Understanding of supply chain financials, dynamics, and continuous improvement concepts
