This role combines expertise in social media management with a focus on email marketing using Klaviyo to create engaging email flows and newsletter campaigns. If you have a passion for crafting compelling content and using digital tools to connect with an engaged audience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & StrategyDevelop and execute social media strategies tailored to woodworking enthusiasts, using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Create on-brand, compelling content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency across digital channels.Email Marketing with KlaviyoDesign, build, and optimize email flows using Klaviyo, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization.Create engaging newsletter campaigns to highlight new products, promotions, and tips for woodworking projects.Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and implement strategies to improve engagement.Community EngagementActively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to nurture the online community.Collaborate with woodworking influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze social media and email marketing performance to assess ROI and growth opportunities.Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.Campaign ManagementCollaborate with the marketing team to design and execute paid social media campaigns that drive traffic to the eCommerce platform.Ensure alignment of email and social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.Trend Monitoring & InnovationStay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and email marketing best practices.Explore innovative ways to engage woodworking enthusiasts and drive conversions.Qualifications1-3+ years of experience in social media management, email marketing, or digital marketing.Hands-on experience with Klayvio, including setting up automated email flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.Proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive engagement.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar.Preferred SkillsExperience with woodworking, DIY, or crafting content helps us chisel down the stack of applicants. ;)Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising principles.Basic video editing or photography skills to showcase products and projects.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)Email marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Oldsmar, FL 34677 (Required)Work Location: In personAre you looking for more jobs nearby?
