We are looking for a Senior Manager, Trust M&A to lead a team of Trust professionals dedicated to assessing and integrating security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance throughout Autodesks acquisition processes. Responsibilities
Develop and execute Autodesks Trust M&A strategy, ensuring security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance are embedded into every acquisition
Assess potential acquisition targets to identify risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring Autodesk makes informed decisions
Design and execute integration plans that align with Autodesks Trust policies, standards, and overall security posture
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Trust M&A professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
Identify, assess, and mitigate Trust risks throughout the M&A lifecycle
Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Platform, and Product teams to drive a holistic Trust approach across M&A activities
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in Trust M&A initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and hands-on experience in M&A activities
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable
Deep technical expertise in security engineering, application security, network security, and data protection
Proven leadership in managing cybersecurity programs, risk assessments, and M&A processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide innovative solutions
Exceptional communication skills able to translate technical Trust concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Project management experience ability to oversee multiple M&A projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $172,100 and $278,300. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
