Senior Manager, Retail Operations

Everybody is invited to this ear party!The Senior Manager, Retail Operations creates and implements best practices for Brick + Mortar policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and partnering closely with both retail and operations teams, the Senior Manager, Retail Operations will be responsible for providing support and policies to Rowan’s growing retail fleet! What you'll be doing:
Create, implement, and support enforcement for best practices for retail studio policies and procedures, to support efficiency, excellent customer service, and effective studio team and nurse training
Maintain updated studio documents, and ensure proper training and compliance mechanisms
Manage the studio communication tool, ensuring cross functional partners are leveraging the tool for all communication to studios and ensuring that communication is clear, organized and actionable when appropriate.
Operational liaison to aid in troubleshooting studio issues
Develop, produce and share operational and training reporting; provide recommendations for improvement, support additional training initiatives, and track progress towards defined goals
Support field training and scheduling as Rowan expands, partnering with field leadership to ensure best use of training resources
Work closely with the Nurse Leadership Team to identify opportunities for development across unique studios and the entire training program
Develop planograms as needed for front and back of house operations and storage strategies, inclusive of fixture productivity strategies
Travel as needed to Rowan studios to support in training and developing best practices
Other duties as assigned What you bring to the table:
5 years retail operations experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or economics
Familiarity with Yoobic, Netsuite, and Shopify softwares preferred
Proven commitment to a high level of service to the field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience influencing and supporting internal business partners to develop and deliver impactful, relevant field programs and communication
Demonstrated track record of driving and delivering results in a dynamic and matrixed environment
Ability and willingness to travel quarterly at a minimum Full-Time Benefits + Perks
