The team is composed of passionate, fast-growing professionals across consulting, data science, development, and design, all eager to advance their careers.As a senior consultant, you will join the expanding Professional Services team and play a key role in helping enterprise clients address their documentation challenges.If this role aligns with your skills and career goals, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Serve as the Senior Business Lead, building trusted relationships and driving overall account strategy.Act as a central figure in steering strategic development and maintaining project momentum.Develop a strong understanding of the platform to deliver effective client solutions.Oversee implementation planning, workback schedules, resourcing, and full project execution with attention to detail.Proactively optimize outcomes and manage potential risks.Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and DevOps teams to shape tailored solutions.Mentor and support a high-performing team. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably within a consulting firm.8+ years of experience as a Client Lead, with a proven ability to build trusted senior client relationships.Demonstrated success in growing client accounts by understanding and solving for their unique needs.A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating and addressing challenges with innovative solutions.A team-first attitude with a talent for uniting cross-functional teams.Pre-sales experience in Engineering, Technology Strategy, or Value Case development.Experience designing business processes and functional use cases.Experience leading technology delivery for financial services clients.
