Job Overview:
The Part-Time Customer Care Associate will be responsible for:

Processing incoming orders and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Utilizing multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues
Maintaining world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
Building and managing relationships with customers and contacts to drive sales and customer retention
Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST
Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, New York, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required.
Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in SAP
Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and resources
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify opportunities to drive sales and customer retention
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry

Physical Requirements:
The employee will be required to remain in a stationary position at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone.
