In a few words

We are seeking several proactive and driven Senior managers of PSS(Product Sales Strategy)to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technology industry and contribute to impactful projects.

Your healthy routine
• Product Sales Strategy for Pan-EU: Plan product portfolio for key channels in various countries, develop channel sales strategies for each product series, and collaborate with relevant teams to track and manage product lifecycle plans and turnover.
• Channel Sales Strategy for EU Countries: Review and monitor annual and monthly goals for each channel, integrate sales and retail resources, and ensure the annual target progress advances as expected.
• Sales Analysis and Improvement: Combine own volume and price forecasts and competitor insights to analyze and propose sales strategies,which for key channels and key products, forming decision-making opinions on resource investment; collaborate with local teams of EU countries to execute and implement, improving sales results.

Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in smartphone industry of channels/sales/retail/products preferred.
• Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, with a strong sense of goal and rapid learning iteration ability.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of independently completing projects and driving the team to achieve goals.
• Proficient in Chinese and English communication, strong stress resistance.
