Senior Manager, Product Design - Discovery & Engagement
Description:
• Lead and inspire a team of product designers working on key systems
• Shape design strategy across on and off platform surfaces
• Collaborate deeply with peer leaders in design, product, engineering, and marketing
• Drive clarity in ambiguity — creating structure, setting direction
• Champion accessibility, scalability, and inclusivity in design decisions
• Mentor and grow designers through thoughtful coaching

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3+ years leading designers or design teams
• Proven ability to connect design strategy to business impact
• Skilled at leading across the full product lifecycle
• Deeply comfortable with collaboration in matrixed organizations
• Experienced in or excited by the challenge of leading co-shopping, comms/notifications, or SEO workstreams
• Able to think in systems and orchestrate across multiple surfaces
• Clear, empathetic communicator with executives, peers, and your team
• Attention to detail and an eye for moments of joy in your product design execution
• A vision forward thinker with the ability to take a large, bold plan and make it a reality
