We are seeking 20+ years experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) consultants to join our clients' Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice on a contract basis through mid 2026, with potential for extension. These roles are part of a national team supporting multiple M&A due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions with private equity firms and corporate clients.
Consultants will lead Quality of Earnings (QofE) reviews, net working capital and net debt assessments, and carve-out analyses, while preparing and delivering reports that drive transaction decisions. This is a remote U.S. opportunity, and we are targeting independent consultants who can step directly into active TAS engagements.
