Job Overview and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager - Lifecycle Management is responsible for the strategic direction of United's customer lifecycle strategy. The role will help develop member segmentation initiatives, recognition opportunities, create and sustain programs designed to drive members up the lifecycle chain. This role will have a focus on new member acquisition and member engagement/retention, and work on extracting and analyzing data to help support internal initiatives.
• Lead team which will execute and help develop programs to promote engagement and retention of current MileagePlus members.
• Develop strategy for lifecycle team including generating insights on customer segments and then developing growth/targeting opportunities specific to each member segment.
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Customer Strategy & Innovation teams to integrate lifecycle strategy across functions, and develop initiatives that generate incremental revenue and increase loyalty to United.
• Lead member recognition strategy and execution with the goal of improving customer satisfaction

NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement that includes approximately 50% of the time working onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related major
• 6 years of relevant professional experience
• 1 years of experience leading a team
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
• Basic knowledge of data mining skills (SQL, Power BI, Foundry, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams on different projects simultaneously
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
