Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One (1) year of customer service experience
Proficient in English language and basic computer skills
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
