Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Learning and Development team in transforming our training products and strategies for Contact Centers, Airports, and Cargo. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of instructional designers to create innovative training programs that support our business objectives
Apply agile methodologies and emerging technologies to drive business forward in a fast-paced environment
Efficiently and effectively deliver remote learning capabilities, and evolve from traditional classroom or electronic training to a blended environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technologies that align with enterprise needs and reduce colleague effort
Identify, anticipate, and communicate innovative training and learning strategies as technologies continue to evolve
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Education, or relevant field or equivalent training/experience
3+ years of experience leading instructional design teams with a demonstrated ability to identify and apply new learning technologies and strategies
Experience in leadership roles, developing colleagues and directing cross-functional teams
Broad experience managing and implementing large, complex projects
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management, or operations role implementing training programs
Proven track record of driving successful training programs that improve employee performance and positively impact the business' overall performance and effectiveness
