What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager II, Data Analytics at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing a team of analysis professionals while establishing a strong data-driven culture throughout the organization. You'll be equally strategic and hands-on – ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done when required. Key Responsibilities:
Define and Monitor Key Metrics: Establish and lead the monitoring of key performance measurements to gauge product performance and assess product health across all digital platforms.
Clickstream Analysis: Leverage clickstream data to identify exceptional opportunities for improving customer experience and influence product roadmaps. Perform conversion analysis, funnel analysis, and use forecasting to drive decision-making.
Experimental Analysis: Design and execute A/B tests, conduct observational inference, and apply predictive analysis to identify and evaluate the impact of new product features as an ongoing discipline to continuously improve product offerings.
Data Visualization: Plan and develop dashboards and compelling data visualizations to derive product-related insights that drive strategic decisions.
Insight Integration: Combine data, experimentation, and analysis-driven insights to deliver meaningful recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product and business partners across multiple geographies to proactively identify opportunities, develop business acumen, grow partner relationships, and develop tier-one data analysis solutions.
Team Leadership: Effectively work with cross-functional groups consisting of Product, Engineering, Program managers, and data science teams to drive data-based decisions.
Mentorship: Tutor and mentor colleagues in achieving tier-one analysis results while handling multiple products and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
We're seeking a seasoned, hands-on leader with 3+ years of experience working in e-commerce or consumer-centered technology companies with a strong foundation in Product Analysis, Data Science, Digital Analysis, or Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent)
3+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or digital analytics roles
Strong experience building and delivering analysis product solutions in e-commerce and retail spaces
Proven ability to understand business dynamics with excellent stakeholder management skills
Exceptional storytelling abilities – you can translate complex data into actionable business insights
Demonstrated success in using analytics to drive measurable business impact
Strong technical skills to surface insights quickly, with the interpersonal skills to communicate those insights in a way that persuades action
Technical Expertise Required:
Extensive experience with analytics and visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, Omniture, Statsig, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Splunk
Hands-on experience querying multi-million record datasets using SQL-based languages (MS SQL, MySQL, HIVE, BigQuery)
Strong experience setting up and scaling experimentation practices
Professional proficiency in statistical analysis – both descriptive and inferential (hypothesis testing) as well as predictive analytics (segmentation, regression, forecasting, NLP) to solve business problems
