The Role
This is a senior, hands-on market development role suited to an experienced BPO or outsourcing sales professional who has successfully built new territory revenue. You will own the Australian go-to-market strategy from the first conversation to the signed agreement. This is not a maintenance role — it is a strategic growth mandate.What you'll be doing
You will work directly with the President and collaborate with US sales leadership and Philippine delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.
Personally build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across AustraliaProspect via phone, email, and LinkedIn to win new BPO and outsourcing opportunitiesRun discovery calls and clearly articulate offshore delivery and managed service solutionsWork closely with marketing to develop region-specific sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, messaging, and outreach sequencesPrepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close pilot programs and long-term managed service agreementsCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions sold are practical, scalable, and aligned with offshore capabilitiesProvide ongoing market feedback to refine ICPs, pricing, messaging, and target verticalsWhere appropriate, support adjacent regional opportunities such as New Zealand or nearby markets as the business expands
What you'll be selling
Core BPO and outsourcing services include:
Call centre and customer support operations (inbound and outbound)Back-office administration and processingLead generation and outbound sales supportAppointment setting and customer follow-upGeneral business process outsourcing and managed services
Healthcare-adjacent services (advantage, not requirement) include:
NDIS and provider operational supportAged care and home or community care administrationInsurance and claims-related supportTelehealth intake, follow-up, and documentation support
About you
2 + years' experience selling BPO, call centre, or outsourcing services is preferredProven hunter with a track record of winning new logosComfortable building a pipeline from scratch in a new marketConfident with outbound prospecting and rejectionWilling to work closely with marketing to help build local go-to-market materialsHealthcare experience is a plus, but not essentialStrong communicator who can sell value, outcomes, and delivery quality rather than just priceBased in Australia
