Key Responsibilities: Driving Business Growth through Financial Expertise Investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions on supplier financials, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. Interpret financial and operational supplier performance to identify business risks and opportunities, developing financial tools to streamline decision-making. Partner with internal and external clients to develop long-range goals, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, driving improved financial outcomes for Target. Coordinate cross-functional reviews to evaluate, influence, and drive financial outcomes, leveraging your expertise to shape business strategy. Develop process improvements using strategic problem-solving skills, driving efficiency and progress across FP&A. Build, coach, and mentor a strong team of analysts, fostering a culture of transparency, efficiency, and progress. About You: The Ideal Candidate To excel as a Senior Manager FP&A, National Brand Finance, you'll need: An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Finance or a Business-related area; an MBA is a plus but not required. 6+ years of finance and business experience, with a proven track record of driving financial results and informing business strategy. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a team-focused approach. A self-starter with the ability to navigate complex problems and comfort with ambiguity. A curious and credible thought leader, with strong analytic aptitude and critical thinking skills. Strong project management and organizational ability, with the capacity to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives.
