The Senior Manager, Field Operations serves as a strategic and operational leader supporting the Oncology commercial organization. This individual will drive excellence in field operations, process design, compliance, and execution while fostering engagement, collaboration, and accountability across the commercial ecosystem. The role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into actionable solutions that enable high performance and organizational readiness for launch and beyond. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and delivery of internal communications, including team updates, leadership messaging, and structured meeting cadences, to ensure alignment, engagement, and transparency across the Oncology Field Sales Function - Drive process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, proposing strategic solutions, and leading implementation to enhance operational excellence and scalability.
