Our recent funding extension has raised our Series B funding round to nearly $50 million USD Join us in shaping the future of employee financial wellness and building services that address the immediate needs of today's employees.About the role:The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at Zayzoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible in helping to build strong data foundations that will support the next level of scale, helping us generate insights for the business to help make proactive decisions across the organization. Move ZayZoon from its legacy best-effort data systems to a modern data technology stackIntroduce and mature governance, documentation and quality in data architecture, modeling and infrastructure development Coordinate and execute on medallion data pipeline implementation and reporting change management Oversee data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities (including individual performance and growth) Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams to support contextualization of AI LLM and ML applicationsManage vendor selection and procurement with a right-timed approachFoster growth of team members through coaching, mentorship and work management You bring:Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering, with exposure to multiple alternatives throughout the data stack (source management, ETL/ELT, routing, warehouse/stores, orchestration, governance, streaming, sharing, visualization, analytics/data science)Practical experience standing up north star and KPI frameworks, including change management through increased governance and controlsProven track record of building, leading and managing data analytics teamsStrong drive to work from high level business objectives and pragmatic approach to infrastructure based on different horizons of needsDeep understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks and core roles of CDP, CRM, DWHFamiliarity and interest in LLM, MCP and RAG/Vector Stores (both cloud and in-house) and experience building out contextual AI applicationsFinTech startup or scale-up experience is very highly regarded, in particular experience in HR Tech, Payroll or BenefitsResearch shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of listed criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
