Title: Certified Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize the Salesforce platform within a SaaS-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on Salesforce CPQ, use-case driven workflows, and scalable system configuration to support revenue and customer lifecycle operations.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce to support SaaS business processes.
Manage and support Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, quoting workflows).
Translate business use cases into scalable Salesforce solutions using flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
Support use case management aligned with real-world operational processes.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve usability and adoption.
Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and leadership visibility.
Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other SaaS platforms.
Identify automation opportunities and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills:
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (products, price books, discounting, approvals).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
Experience supporting sales and customer lifecycle processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
LinkedIn profile required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Active certification preferred).
Experience supporting revenue operations or quote-to-cash processes.
Exposure to API-based integrations in multi-system SaaS environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Boomi (Dell Boomi) for integrations and data synchronization
