Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Affairs (Government Relations)

Responsibilities
• Maintain engagement with various government departments, industry bodies, and law enforcement agencies. Serve as a key interface between the company and external stakeholders, supporting leadership at government meetings.
• Maintain relations with the CM office, FDA, MIDC, MPCB, law enforcement agencies in Mumbai and Maharashtra in general, and the Police Department in particular, to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
• Develop contacts with government departments, pollution control boards, and labour commissionerates in Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Sikkim.
• Develop and enhance relations with CII, FICCI, Pharmexcil, and other industry bodies.
• Track important government legislative and regulatory initiatives related to the Pharma sector.
External stakeholders
CM office, FDA ministry, MIDC, MPCB, Labour Department, law enforcement agencies in Mumbai and Maharashtra (Mumbai and Maharashtra Police particularly), and various government departments in Goa, HP, MP, Sikkim.
Internal stakeholders
MDs office, Legal, Administration, EHS, HR, various plants in India.
Education
Graduate in any stream.
Experience
Prior experience in Corporate Affairs of at least 3-5 years.
Overall experience - 10 years.
Leadership Attributes
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Problem‑solving aptitude.
