Senior Manager, AI Transformation, Business Strategy
Job Description: • Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes across departments. • Designing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs. • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health. • Leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency. Spearhead internal AI Task Force. • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key business metrics. • Providing actionable insights from data to inform strategic and operational decisions. • Supporting data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Leading or supporting key cross-functional projects aimed at improving business performance. • Collaborating with VP Finance on financial models related to new business initiatives, product launches, or market expansions. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or venture capital • 1+ years of relevant startup experience, ideally in product management, business operations, finance, or related role • Bonus Points for: MBA preferred but not required Benefits: • Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
