What You Will Do Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels. Review details of growth opportunities in your given territories. Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with strategic business goals working closely with internal stake holders. Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner . Provides day-to-day direction for support teams ( a nalysis, contracts, and legal) to meet goals, objectives and on-time responses. Lead the negotiation of long-term agreements working in partnership with support teams. Assist in the on-boarding of new customers and managing the entry into service of new fleets to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of provisioning. Monitor executed long term agreement performance to ensure that financial performance goals are met. Receive and resolve customer feedback regarding services, products, or personnel. Assist in the prepar ation of sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. Develop recommendations to improve procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Manage overall relationship s with multiple airlines on behalf of the business unit , leading all aspects of contract management. Participate in trade shows, internal and external conferences, and training as required . T ravel of 25-50% can be expected with communication requirements across multiple time zones. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant experience M inimum 5 years of business development/program management e xperience in the airline/aviation industry Qualifications We Prefer Experience using SAP and Business Objects Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts Demonstrated financial acumen skills and understanding of NPV, EBIT, cash flow, etc. and the ability to perform in Excel Demonstrated presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings with internal leadership or external customers. Prior experience cultivat ing relationships with customers and proactive in executing relationship marketing with all levels within a customer organization .
