Senior Living Scheduling Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Senior Living Scheduling Coordinator (Remote) in BALTIMORE , MARYLAND to support outreach activities for Whole Health Therapy Group. This position is 100% remote and ideal for individuals with strong phone communication skills, a friendly tone, and consistent daytime availability.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Adult Day Centers (ADCs) using a simple script, introduce our services, and schedule walkthrough appointments for our outreach team.
Performance-Based Incentives: This is a part-time remote contractor(1099) position with guaranteed weekly pay plus performance incentives
Walkthrough Completion Bonus:Earn $25–$40 for every scheduled walkthrough that is successfully completed by our outreach representative, and $50 if you choose the option of volunteering to conduct meeting yourself either virtually or in person.
Monthly Bonus:$100–$250 for meeting monthly scheduling targets
Quarterly Excellence Bonus:$150–$300 for consistency and performance
Quality Bonus:Additional incentives may be offered for high-quality leads, consistency, and meeting weekly call goals
This is a flexible, part-time contractor position offering weekly pay and performance incentives.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound phone calls to Assisted Living and Adult Day Care facilities (script provided)
• Introduce our services in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule walkthrough appointments for the outreach coordinator
• Earn bonuses for walkthroughs that are successfully completed
• Maintain a simple log of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
• Confirm appointment dates/times with facilities
• Meet weekly scheduling goals (training provided)
• Communicate with the team through email and message updates
Experience
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, administrative, scheduling, receptionist, healthcare support, or any phone-based communication role preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills and reliability are more important than formal education

Pay: $120.00 - $160.00 per week
