Senior Legal Counsel - Brazil

Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.Your MissionAs a Senior legal counsel in Brazil, you will be a key member of the global legal team providing comprehensive legal support to our activities in Brazil, one of BlaBlaCar’s key markets.Reporting to the group Associate General Counsel, you will work closely with the local General Manager, the local business teams and the central product teams, advising on a broad range of legal matters and ensuring compliance with Brazilian law. You will also play a decisive role in our litigation strategy in the country.In doing so, you will drive innovative solutions in close coordination with many internal stakeholders but also local outside counsels.This role requires a highly motivated and experienced legal professional with a strong understanding of Brazilian commercial law, competition law and consumer protection law.Experience as a litigator is a must.
