Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Lead / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps Architect with 15+ years of total IT experience to architect, lead, and scale enterprise-grade DevOps and SRE platforms. This role demands deep hands-on expertise, architectural ownership, and leadership across large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and govern enterprise DevOps and SRE platforms across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Define and implement SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, incident management)
• Lead CI/CD strategy, toolchain standardization, and DevSecOps integration
• Own cloud infrastructure architecture ensuring scalability, resilience, high availability, and fault tolerance
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and automation standards
• Establish observability, monitoring, alerting, and logging architectures
• Drive high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
• Lead performance engineering, capacity planning, and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Development, and Platform teams
• Mentor senior engineers and lead DevOps/SRE transformation initiatives
• Enforce compliance, governance, and operational excellence standards
