SaaS industry experience is a plus.Proven success building enterprise scale payments / fintech platforms and delivering high-impact products with seamless customer experiences.Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, ideally within core payments or fintech.Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product strategy.Exceptional relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.Expertise in agile methodologies and managing end-to-end product development cycles.The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
