Job Summary As a Senior Lead Product Manager at Workwarp, you will play a strategic leadership role in defining and executing our multi-year product and solutions strategy. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market analysis and product development to launch and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. You will also build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, and serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi-year product and solutions strategy that drives revenue growth and market share. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market analysis and product development to launch and growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product strategies and identify new market opportunities. Financial Acumen: Align with Sales on multi-year forecasts and ensure that product strategies are financially sustainable. Stakeholder Engagement: Gain tight alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, and ensure that their needs are met through our products and solutions. Product Evangelism: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our products and solutions, and represent Workwarp at industry events and conferences. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with experience in SaaS and cloud software, and gen.AI. Data Management and Analytics: Demonstrated experience with data management and analytics platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse. Track Record: Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative 0-to-1 products to market and driving revenue growth. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. Product Skills: Product skills, including requirements, prioritization models, Agile, JIRA Epics and Stories, product marketing, and global product launches.
