Senior Lead, Partnerships and Programs
Job Description: • advance AI literacy for students by developing and supporting partnerships with school districts and education agencies across multiple states • key liaison between aiEDU and partner school districts • coordinate with internal teams and leadership • tailor offerings to meet specific requirements of each district • foster robust relationships with partners • set and lead growth strategy for Mid-West partnerships • cultivate and develop new partnerships • build relationships with existing partners • manage partnership development tracking and portfolio planning • develop strong Senior-level relationships within districts • lead partnership services including senior level advising and conducting professional development trainings • coordinate with Learning Team and aiEDU leadership to deliver highest quality services • set goals and develop metrics to measure effectiveness of partnerships • lead data collection and reporting for all partnerships • collaborate across teams to bring the best of aiEDU to each partner • represent aiEDU at external conferences and presentations Requirements: • significant years of experience in education and/or education technology • experience working at a school district or education agency • experience sourcing, building and leading district-wide partnerships • strength in relationship building with educators at all levels • working knowledge and experience with AI and AI Readiness in school districts and/or state level entities • facilitate adult learning in impactful and meaningful ways • strong time and project management skills • present information in a clear, engaging, and compelling manner • strong collaborative skills • orient towards innovation and experimentation Benefits: • full health, dental, and vision for you and any dependents • life insurance • short-term and long-term disability insurance • flexible work hours and location • flexible paid time off • paid parental leave • generous annual stipend for home office expenses and professional development • 401k match of 4% vested immediately Apply tot his job
