About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled JavaScript Developer with deep expertise in integrations and web performance optimization. This role is critical for solving technical issues across our marketing stack, landing pages, and lead tracking systems. You will be the go-to person for diagnosing complex problems, improving site speed and form performance, and ensuring seamless integrations between Meta, CRM, and our custom PHP/WordPress environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Meta & Analytics Integrations
o Troubleshoot and optimize Meta, Website & CRM setups.
o Work on server-side tracking, deduplication, and server-to-client matching.
o Ensure accurate event reporting between advertising platforms, landing pages, Elementor forms, and CRM (Zoho).
o Implement reliable tracking for custom PHP pages so our ad campaigns can properly optimize.
• Landing Page Development & Optimization
o Debug and improve custom PHP-based landing pages and Elementor-based forms.
o Solve Elementor & custom form submission performance issues, such as slow loading.
o Ensure tracking scripts, thank-you page redirects, and CRM lead capture work flawlessly.
o Optimize page load speed and server response time.
o Troubleshoot and optimize landing pages, lead reporting, and JavaScript performance in relation to caching, CDN, and accelerator settings (e.g., Cloudflare, WP Engine).
• Custom Integrations & Automation
o Maintain our current API integrations (Meta, Zoho CRM, other marketing tools).
o Create custom scripts for lead routing.
• Technical Ownership
o Audit, refactor, and streamline messy or outdated JavaScript/PHP code.
o Collaborate with SEO/marketing teams to ensure technical implementations support campaign performance.
o Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript (ES6+), integrations, and frontend optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of AI coding platforms and debugging tools — ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize code using AI-assisted platforms such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, or Tabnine, leveraging them to speed up problem-solving and deliver scalable solutions.
• Proven experience with Meta technical environment, CAPI, and analytics tracking/debugging.
• Strong understanding of PHP, WordPress, Elementor, and form integrations.
• Expertise in API integrations (OAuth2, REST, JSON).
• Experience with performance optimization: async scripts, server response times.
• Ability to debug complex issues quickly and provide actionable fixes.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Zoho preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Familiarity with caching/CDN tools (Cloudflare, WP Engine).
