Senior International Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior International Accountant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our international tax reporting and compliance efforts, with a focus on global income tax provisions, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation and review of international tax filings, including those related to foreign entities. • Contribute to the development and implementation of international tax strategies and compliance processes. • Manage and maintain transfer pricing documentation and related compliance requirements. • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless tax integration and efficient tax practices. Technical Skills • In-depth understanding of technical issues concerning foreign subsidiaries of multinational companies. • Hands-on experience with international tax filings and compliance. • Knowledge of transfer pricing and tax provision matters. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation; CPA designation is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tax, with an interest in expanding into other tax areas. • Experience in public accounting or corporate tax is advantageous. Desirable Experience • Familiarity with ERP systems and tax compliance software. • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions integration and strategic tax planning. • Background in digital media or advertising industries.
