About usWe’re a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people, continuously building services & partnering with the world’s largest brands.We value great work with talented, innovative & diverse, making meaningful connections with like-minded creatives along the way!RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer strategy and execution across high-impact client accounts.This is a senior, client-facing role that blends strategy, creative direction, execution ownership, and commercial thinking.You will own net-new and strategic accounts end-to-end, oversee and guide Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers on larger accounts, and work closely with leadership to ensure the influencer function runs smoothly and predictably.What you’ll doStrategy & Creative LeadershipDevelop influencer and content strategies tailored to client objectives, defining formats, creator profiles, and creative direction that drive performance.Campaign OwnershipLead the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis across multiple accounts.Client RelationsServe as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding clients through strategy, creator selection, and execution.Influencer Discovery & SelectionLead creator discovery and shortlisting, combining strategic rationale (reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing) with hands-on relationship building.Content & Quality ControlOwn influencer content approvals, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch.Performance & OptimizationContinuously optimize creator mix, formats, and execution to deliver against awareness, traffic, and conversion goals.Airtable & Ops OwnershipSet up and maintain creator-related Airtable tabs for your accounts, ensuring creator data, rates, deliverables, and rationale are accurate and client-ready.Team Oversight & EnablementGuide and oversee Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers on some accounts without formal people management responsibility and direct reports.Leadership CollaborationWork closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing and leadership team to help shape best practices for influencer executionRisk Management & CommunicationProactively surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs early, clearly documenting decisions and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.What we’re looking for4+ years in influencer marketing with proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaignsAbility to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plansStrong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and what converts across platformsComfortable working in structured systems (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar) and maintaining clean workflowsConfident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients. Fluent English is a mustAble to guide and review work from Mid-level and Junior IMs while remaining hands-on in executionAble to work EST hours Who You AreSeasoned influencer marketer who can take full ownership of complex client work and consistently make smart, strategic decisions about creators, content, and performance.
