Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements to develop customized solutions. Use expertise in identity and access management to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of access management solutions with other systems and processes. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management to continuously improve solutions. Lead and mentor junior members of the team to develop their skills and knowledge in access management. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all access management solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to access management. Participate in proposal development and client presentations to showcase expertise and capabilities. Continuously evaluate and improve existing access management processes and procedures. Collaborate with other architects and teams to develop and implement overall system architecture. Maintain documentation and provide training to clients and team members on access management solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
