Senior HCM Consultant
Albida is seeking a highly experienced Senior HCM Consultant to lead and deliver complex Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, providing expert advice and solutions to clients across various industries.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full lifecycle HCM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.Act as a subject matter expert in various HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Benefits) for chosen HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday).Conduct in-depth business process analysis and design, identifying opportunities for optimization and alignment with HCM best practices.Develop comprehensive project plans, scope documents, and resource estimates, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Facilitate workshops and client meetings, effectively communicating complex technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on HCM strategy, roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contributing to the growth of the consulting team.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new functionalities within the HCM landscape.Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and user guides.Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HCM consulting, with a strong focus on implementation and advisory roles.Proven expertise in major HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday) with relevant certifications.Demonstrated experience in leading multiple full lifecycle HCM implementations, preferably for large enterprise clients.In-depth knowledge of HR business processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skills, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Willingness to travel to client sites as required.Prior experience in a consulting firm is highly desirable.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
