Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient systems that meet the needs of our customers Lead the development of new features and functionalities, ensuring that they are aligned with our business goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements Develop and maintain expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies Lead code reviews, design reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineers and other team members Participate in agile planning and development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our systems and processes What We Are Looking For Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development Strong programming skills in multiple languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience with data analytics and machine learning technologies What We Offer Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Career Growth Opportunities At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
