As part of our growth, we are looking for Independent Consultants to represent our activities within their personal and professional networks. 1) Your Role As an Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth, you act as a trusted bridge between your network and the group. Depending on your background and network, your role includes: • Introducing Hetmos to business owners, investors, wealthy families or key intermediaries • Identifying opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate or wealth structuring • Qualifying needs and initiating relationships before handing over to our internal teams • Representing Hetmos with a posture and communication aligned with premium standards • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with both your network and the group 2) Profiles We Are Looking For We value networks, credibility and posture more than traditional CVs. Experienced Profiles • Consultants, bankers, wealth advisors, lawyers, real estate professionals, business owners, family office advisors • Active network of decision-makers, investors or entrepreneurs • Comfortable dealing with confidential matters and high-stakes financial topics Junior / Early-Career Profiles (Accepted) • Early in their career with access to qualified introductions • Strong interpersonal skills and natural credibility • Ability to open doors, even without initial technical expertise No prior expertise in M&A, real estate or wealth management is required.
