About the Role We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation. You will be responsible for building and shipping high-quality, secure, and accessible web experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions, owning features from the React component layer through to API integrations. This role is for a engineer who cares deeply about the user experience, code quality, and the real-world impact of their work in a regulated, mission-critical industry. What You'll Do Architect, build, and deliver user-facing features and applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Develop and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and API integrations using Node.js and TypeScript. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to clarify requirements, break down work, and ensure technical feasibility. Write reliable, maintainable code supported by comprehensive tests and documentation. Champion improvements in frontend performance, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience. Contribute to and help evolve shared component libraries and design systems. Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and participate in incident response to ensure system reliability. Uphold and strengthen security best practices (OWASP, CSP) and CI/CD pipelines. Who You Are You have 5+ years of professional experience building modern, scalable web applications. You possess deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with solid experience in Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG). You have strong backend-for-frontend (BFF) or Node.js experience, with proficiency in consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs. You are skilled in modern state management (React Query, Zustand, Redux) and CSS architecture. You have a proven track record with testing frameworks like Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end tools like Playwright or Cypress. You have a strong grasp of performance fundamentals (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility standards (WCAG). You are familiar with cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS) and modern CI/CD practices. You are security-minded; experience in healthcare, HIPAA, or other regulated environments is a significant plus. You are an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
