This role demands strong experience across both frontend and backend development, with deep expertise in React, React Native, and Node.js. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your work will directly impact the future of personalized health coverage.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.Implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and manage server-side logic.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that aligns with industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product managers, designers, and other engineers — to define, design, and ship new features.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain consistent performance across platforms and devices.Qualifications and Job Requirements5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid hands-on experience in React.js and React Native.Deep knowledge of Node.js, including experience with Express or similar backend frameworks.Proficient in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.Experience working with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.What We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
