In this capacity, you'll oversee civil litigation proceedings and utilize digital tools to record all content, including witness testimonies. The Digital Reporter is responsible for: • Overseeing proceedings as an independent custodian of the record. • Administering oaths to witnesses and fulfilling responsibilities as a State Notary. • Recording proceedings using high-fidelity audio technology to ensure clear and thorough documentation. • Accurately annotating case events and terminology for precise transcription. • Conducting comprehensive research and verifying information from diverse sources. • Proficiently utilizing digital databases and online research tools.
