Senior Full-Stack Developer (Contract – Remote, Reporting, Performance & AI Integration)
About the Role Autoflow is seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer (Contractor) to help us significantly improve our reporting features. This role is focused on UI/UX enhancements, performance optimization, and applying AI-driven insights to make reporting smarter and more intuitive. The goal is to ensure our reporting tools are not only powerful but also fast, intelligent, and easy to use. As a senior contractor, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, bringing deep expertise in Laravel, Vue, MySQL, AWS, and applied AI technologies to deliver high-impact improvements over a short timeline. Key Responsibilities • Redesign and enhance reporting dashboards for clarity, usability, and visual impact using Vue 3 • Optimize MySQL 8+ queries and indexing to dramatically improve report performance at scale • Build and refine backend logic and APIs in PHP 8.3+ and Laravel 11+ • Deploy, scale, and maintain reporting services in a multi-tenant AWS environment • Integrate AI-powered features (such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and natural language summaries) to make reporting more actionable • Collaborate with product and design teams to create reporting experiences that empower end users • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements to deliver fast, real-time insights Minimum Requirements • 10+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Database Administration experience • Proven expertise in: • PHP 8.3+ / Laravel 11+ • Vue 3 (with strong UI/UX instincts) • MySQL 8+ (optimization and scaling) • AWS (infrastructure and deployment) • Multi-tenancy at scale • Strong track record of improving reporting systems (front-end user experience and backend performance) • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a contract-based role Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SaaS reporting or analytics platforms • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3, Recharts) • Background in optimizing performance monitoring and debugging systems • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) applied to reporting, analytics, or automation Why Work With Us • 100% remote / work-from-home • Opportunity to own and deliver a critical reporting improvement project • Flexible contract structure (initial 3–6 months, with potential extension) • Competitive contractor compensation Apply today to help Autoflow make our reporting faster, clearer, and more intelligent with the power of AI.
