Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to join our team as a Customer Success Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success leaders to scale the delivery and interpretation of results from our science platform, meeting the growing demands of our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will focus on driving value and confidence in results, collaborating across multiple teams, including Customer Success, Science, Engineering, and Product, to develop solutions that ensure robust, reliable results and seamless communication at scale. Key Responsibilities Partner with Customer Success leaders to deliver and interpret results from our cutting-edge science platform, driving value and confidence in results for our clients. Collaborate across teams to develop solutions that ensure robust, reliable results and seamless communication at scale. Develop and establish best practices for results robustness, process efficiency, and technical clarity, serving as a mentor to junior analytical leads. Communicate complex technical concepts concisely and precisely to diverse audiences, including customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead by example, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within the team. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience working in a Data Scientist/Analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and communication of actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to customers and/or cross-functional stakeholders. Proven experience in coding and troubleshooting statistical models, with proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in marketing measurement, specifically regional testing, is preferred.
