Job Description:Senior FP&A (Consultant) Location: FullyRemote Engagement Type: Contract / Temporary (Immediate Need)Compensation: $40–55/hour (flexible based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a highly capable FP&A Consultant to join a growing, private equity–backed organization on a consulting basis. This is an urgent, plug-and-play opportunity for a hands-on FP&A professional to provide immediate support across reporting, analysis, and month-end close activities. This role will partner closely with the Finance Manager and Controller, supporting core FP&A functions while helping stabilize and strengthen reporting processes through Q1.Key Responsibilities • Support financial planning and analysis activities, including: • Monthly reporting and variance analysis • Ad hoc financial analysis for leadership • Assist with month-end close from a reporting and analytical perspective • Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards • Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making • Partner cross-functionally with accounting and leadership teams • Step in as additional FP&A bandwidth to ensure continuity and accuracy during a transition period Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) • 3–10 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial models and large data sets • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight • Experience supporting reporting and analysis in fast-paced environments Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Experience in private equity–backed or SaaS organizations • Exposure to bolthires Business Central • Power BI or similar reporting/BI tools What They’re Looking For • A motivated, adaptable professional who can quickly get up to speed • Someone who is truly plug-and-play and comfortable owning deliverables • Open to Analyst,Senior Analyst, or Manager-level profiles depending on experience WhyThis Opportunity • Fully remote consulting role • Competitive hourly rate with flexibility • Exposure to a growing, PE-backed organization investing heavily in technology and scale • Opportunity to make an immediate, visible impact Apply tot his job
