The mission of the US Customer Finance team is to provide centralized financial expertise to our modes of customer interaction such as brand marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, order & pick-up channels, and payments. We partner closely with business teams to provide reporting and support in effort to achieve the company's strategic priorities. This role will be a critical part of the US revenue planning and analysis as owner of discounts and customer metrics. This partner works closely with the Customer Loyalty leadership team within Marketing to understand our customer engagement strategies and is seen as the subject matter expert within US Finance to translate the financial impact - setting the discount budget and influencing overall transaction projections. As a US Customer Finance sfa, you will... • Own dynamic financial modeling contributing to the US revenue build • Champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, leading with financial acumen, business knowledge, and expertise • Present financial results with actionable insights to drive alignment to the strategic vision, and influence business leaders as a trusted financial advisor • Build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement We'd love to hear from people with: • Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience • 5 or more years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial reporting • 2 or more years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills • 3 or more years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
