Position Summary:
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, drive key revenue initiatives, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. This role will be supporting the E-Commerce business unit (TikTok Shop) in the Americas as it expands its footprint. The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in driving financial and strategic initiatives for TikTok Shop Americas.
Responsibilities:
1. Finance Leadership: Lead a team of finance managers to accomplish complex financial analysis and projects. Become a trusted member of the country's leadership team and provide guidance on financial strategy to the executive team
2. Innovation and tools: Develop internal best practices and leverage competitive standards to build world class finance practices
3. Analytics and business support: Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management and overall P&L. Develop recommendations and present leadership for implementation
4. Management reporting preparation: Participate in monthly closing for management reporting, organize business reviews and drive insights from financial and operational data
5. Projections and forecasts: Produce financial projections and forecasts to ensure that the figures align with business fundamentals
6. Financial Operations: Develop and manage systems to support the financial operations of TikTok Shop by partnering with operations, product, sales, marketing and accounting teams
7. Capital allocation and contract approval: Review the procurement applications and financial terms in the contract of each business/department to ensure efficient capital allocation
8. Cooperation with other finance teams: Cooperate with general ledger, accounts payable, taxation and other finance teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. FP&A, Accounting, or relevant financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large-scale company. The technology sector experience is a plus
2. Proficiency in using systems and tools for financial modeling, analysis of multiple large datasets, and data visualization. Advanced in Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI
3. Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Adaptability to the fast paced working environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in collaborating and working across various locations/timezones and global organizations
2. Proficiency in SQL

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122550 - $232560 annually.?
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.?
